Vice President of Operations

The Director of Operations oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that it runs efficiently and that all members of the team have what they need to succeed (such as equipment, supplies, record keeping and a safe and supportive work environment.) The Director of Operations also coordinates communication and information flow among and between WOE’s key stakeholders: board members, executive leadership, staff, WOE clients, WOE funders, and others within the general nonprofit sector. This position reports to the CEO.

The Director of Operations cultivates and maintains positive relationships with every individual and organization we are connected with.
