The Directors of Outreach play a dual role — Sha'rah role is the service-providing side (direct engagement, community liaison coordination). The purpose of this role is to establish and nurture working relationships with organizations whose constituents may benefit from WOE services.

The Outreach Director develops and maintains partnerships with local economic development agencies, faith-based institutions, community centers, and nonprofit organizations serving low-income communities. This role ensures increased utilization of WOE’s programs and services for single mothers and their families. Additionally, the Outreach Director recruits, trains, and supports community liaison interns to expand WOE’s visibility and impact in targeted communities.
